A pioneer who has taken students especially young girls from classrooms to the cosmos, Kesan is also the first Indian woman to experience zero-gravity flight, alongside legends like Astronaut Charles Duke, Apollo mission pioneer Poppy Northcutt, Richard Garriott, and Christina Korp.
